Our preferred chef
Manoir Sweetsburg has a non-exclusive partnership with renowned chef Pierre Johnston and his wife Sonia Carreau, offering a turnkey service. A chef since the age of 16, Pierre Johnston studied at the ITHQ and in Switzerland before working at the Ritz-Carlton. He dreamed of opening a restaurant at the age of 25, which he did in 1989 (McHaffy) before switching to catering in 2008.
